Our high-value homeowner's policies are specifically designed and priced for homes valued at over $1M and up to homes worth multi-millions. Just like a standard homeowner's policy, coverage includes dwelling (structure) coverage, personal property coverage for the items in your home, personal liability coverage that starts at one million in coverage with access to $10M or more in underlying liability. If you own valuable items like art and jewelry you can schedule your items on a separate policy designed for those items in case of breakage and theft. Additional home coverage options exist to add protection against equipment breakdown, water backup and water damage, coverage for your manicured landscape, coverage for upgraded features like multi-level homes and custom designed outdoor pool and BBQ areas.
